Rams vs. Eagles Odds
Game Preview
The Rams blew away the Titans in Nashville, 33-19, after a bit of a slow opening half that saw the struggle on both ends of the field. As soon as the second half started, it was all about them.
Matt Stafford had 298 passing yards for two TDs and an interception, and was sacked just once. WR Davante Adams posted 106 receiving yards in 6 catches and a TD, while Puka Nacua had 91 yards. LB Byron Young had two sacks.
The Eagles squeaked a win on the road in Kansas City, beating the Chiefs, 20-17. The Super Bowl replay showcased a tremendous defensive effort by the champions, who effectively contained Mahomes and the Chiefs in the second half.
Though, we have to admit that the Eagles had their share of struggles in offense. Hurts passed for just 101 yards, and if it weren’t for RB Saquon Barkley, who ran 88 yards for a TD, this one would end differently.
Rams vs. Eagles Head to Head
The Rams have lost 9 of the last 10 against the Eagles. The most recent was in the NFC Divisional Game this January, when Philly triumphed 28-22.
Rams vs. Eagles Predictions
This will be a hard one, because the Rams have enough quality to challenge the Eagles in their own house. Now, given the fact that the champs aren’t playing as well as the results show, we go with the Rams to cover an alternative handicap of 6.5 points.
