Jets vs. Dolphins Odds
Game Preview
The Jets lost two games by a narrow margin, one of which was in Tampa Bay last Sunday, where they conceded a late field goal that ultimately decided the result, 29-27 for the Bucs.
Tyrod Taylor replaced Justin Fields, and he had 197 passing yards for 2 touchdowns, one interception, and one fumble. He ran for 48 more yards, and overall, wasn’t that bad. Will McDonald IV had one field-goal block return, arguably the play of the week, which resulted in a touchdown.
Miami Dolphins allow 32.3 points per game, the most in the NFL right now. Their defensive stats are awful, but so are their offensive stats as well. They didn’t look that bad against the Bills on the road, losing just 31-21, showing some signs of recovery.
Tua Tagovailoa, once the passing yardage leader in the NFL, had only 146 passing yards for 2 touchdowns and one pick. The Dolphins’ quarterback is looking worse and worse as the season progresses.
Jets vs. Dolphins Head to Head
After 119 games, the result in the series is 67-57-1 in favor of the Fins. Last year, both teams won at home, Miami 32-26 after OT, and the Jets 32-20 in New York.
Jets vs. Dolphins Predictions
The Jets had several close games, and in general, they looked better than Miami. Their defense is solid, unlike the Dolphins’, and we will back up the guests to triumph in this contest.
