Bengals vs. Packers Odds
Game Preview
Without Burrow, the Bengals look like one of the weakest teams in the NFL. They have suffered three losses in a row, the most recent being to the Lions at home, 37-24, where they showed some improvements on the offensive side, but were terrible on defense.
Right now, they generate the fewest number of yards from scrimmage in the NFL, 228.6 per game, and have the fewest number of rushing yards per event, just 57.
As for the Packers, we are repeating it: despite somewhat good stats, QB Jordan Love isn’t an elite player. Packs failed to win in the past two events because of him, particularly in Cleveland. We saw him freeze in the key moments and fail to deliver.
Additionally, we should note that the 40-40 tie in Dallas was the first game this year in which Green Bay allowed more than 18 points.
Bengals vs. Packers Head to Head
The all-time series is tied after 14 games, with both franchises having 7 wins each. The last match was in 2021 when Green Bay won 25-22. The one prior to that, in 2017, also ended with the Packs’ OT win, 27-24.
Bengals vs. Packers Predictions
Cincinnati is very bad, and the Packers have to win this one. The home team’s defense is ferocious, while Browning and the guys look pretty shaky and out of rhythm. Green Bay should triumph and cover the spread because the Bengals are arguably the worst team in the NFL now.
