Broncos vs. Jets Odds
Game Preview
The Broncos (3-2) have high hopes for this one, as they might take two straight wins on the road. They made a remarkable comeback against the Eagles in Philly to win that event 21-17. Denver allows the 2nd-fewest number of points in the NFL so far, 16.8.
They held the Eagles to just 45 yards on the ground, and keep in mind that the champs had both Barkley and Hurts healthy. Meanwhile, JK Dobbins and the guys had 130 running yards, with the former Raven getting a touchdown as well.
As for the Jets (0-5), they are in a very bad place. This team doesn’t deserve to be winless so far, but various factors have pushed them to the bottom of the standings. The defense is one of them, because the NYJ allow the 2nd-most points per game, 31.4.
Justin Fields had 2 touchdown passes and 283 passing yards in a 37-22 loss to the Cowboys, and the Jets had 144 rushing yards. That has to be credited. RB Breece Hall had 113 on 14 carries, but he also fumbled once and lost the ball.
Broncos vs. Jets Head to Head
Last year, the two teams had a very interesting game, in which the Broncos won 10-9 in New York. Overall score is 23-18-1.
Broncos vs. Jets Predictions
Both teams have to travel a great distance, which may cause some problems. But looking at the bigger picture, the Broncos are a far better team, who will likely shut down Hall and leave Fields to rely solely on his receivers. And that’s what the Broncos want. They got this one under control, and we expect Denver to be routine.
