Colts vs. Chargers Odds
Game Preview
The fact that the Colts are the best offense in the NFL tells us a lot about them. This team is 5-1 and has arguably the best running back, Jonathan Taylor, who already has 603 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns on the ground.
‘They also have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, which allowed only 5 sacks on QB Daniel Jones. “Danny Dimes” threw for 1,502 passing yards and 8 touchdowns with three interceptions. He has two more running touchdowns as well.
As for the Chargers, Najee Harris’ injury really shook them, but Jonathan Taylor once again proves his worth leading a winning drive. This time it was in Miami where LAC beat the Dolphins, 29-27. Herbert threw for 264 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Kicker Cameron Dicker was perfect from the field, hitting all of his 5 field goals, including the 33-yard one with 5 seconds left, when he put the Chargers ahead and set the final result.
Colts vs. Chargers Head to Head
The two sides met 31 times, and the Chargers lead the series, 20-11.
Colts vs. Chargers Predictions
The Indianapolis Colts are an offensive machine, and right now, even though we respect the Chargers, we have to side with the guests in this one. The Chargers have plenty of injuries on the offensive side, primarily among the runners, and that will take a toll. In short, we don’t think that the hosts can keep up the offensive rhythm with the Colts.
