Game Preview

The Commanders need this one badly, not just because they have to chase the Eagles at the top of the division, but to bounce back following a nasty loss to the Bears. It was 25-24 for guests from Chicago, who went back home with a win following a late FG.

These guys have the best running offense in the league, but it wasn’t that dominant against the Bears, gaining only 124 yards. We say “only” because the Commanders posted 151 yards on the ground. Jayden Daniels threw for one pick and also fumbled the ball. Overall, Washington had 3 turnovers, while the Bears had zero.

Dallas lost to the Panthers in Carolina, 30-27, and that was a slap in the face. They didn’t commit any turnovers, played well, but in the end lost it with Ryan Fitzgerald’s 33-yard walk-off field goal.

The Cowboys are the No.1 team in the NFL in yards from scrimmage, 387.5, but they allow the most as well, 411.7. Truth be told, their offense is there only because of Dak Prescott, who is playing excellent football, but the rest of Dallas’ game is terrible.

Commanders vs. Cowboys Head to Head

After 130 games, the all-time series record is heavily in the Cowboys’ favor, 79-49-2.

Last year, both teams had a win, 34-26 for the Cowboys in DC and 23-19 for the Commanders in Texas.

Commanders vs. Cowboys Predictions

Many say 54.5 points is too much for this game, and respectfully, we disagree. These two teams are providing high-scoring games and aren’t that much into defense, plus it’s played at the AT&T Stadium, where Dallas focuses on offense. All the stats suggest betting on Over, and we are backing that up.
