Steelers vs. Bengals Odds
Game Preview
Pittsburgh is starting to look like a potential dark horse in the Super Bowl race. They have to trade for a decent running back, and if they do so, Tomlin and the boys will be contenders for going all the way.
Aaron Rodgers is looking well, and in a 23-9 win over the Browns, he reminded everyone of himself 10 years younger. The 4-time NFL MVP had 235 passing yards for 2 touchdowns, but some of his throws were poetry. Also, the Steelers’ defense had 6 sacks and 16 QB hits.
Now, the Bengals are starting a new chapter, as Joe Flacco took over the starting QB position. The former Super Bowl champion was solid in a 27-18 loss in Green Bay, having 219 passing yards for 2 touchdowns.
However, the Bengals’ rushing game was bad as it provided just 55 yards on the ground. Ja’Marr Chase had 10 receptions for 94 yards and one touchdown, and he connected with Flacco pretty well.
Steelers vs. Bengals Head to Head
There were 111 head-to-head games between these two teams, and the Steelers have a huge lead, 71-40. Last year, Pittsburgh won on the road, 44-38, but lost at home, 19-17.
Steelers vs. Bengals Predictions
Even though the Bengals looked decent with Flacco, these Steelers play way better than before. Their defense has been excellent, and they’ll definitely use all the Bengals’ O-line problems; don’t doubt that. Meanwhile, Rodgers is going to deliver, and all this should result in the Steelers’ triumph.
