Jets and Aaron Rodgers are favorites in this one. Even though they have been terrible lately, the bookies believe this is a must-win for the franchise from New York. However, the pressure generated could benefit the Texans, who play very good football.

Game Preview
The Texans top the AFC South standings and are 6-2 at the moment. Their previous game ended with a win against the division rivals, the Indianapolis Colts, 23-20. They kept a three-point lead for the last eight and a half minutes of the contest.
CJ Stroud had 285 yards for one TD toss, which ended in Tank Dell’s hands. Stefon Diggs received 81 passing yards, while Joe Mixon rushed for 102 yards for one score.
Meanwhile, the Jets are falling apart. We are wondering whether they were late with Davante Adams’ trade. The team has five straight losses, the previous two on the road. After losing to the Steelers 37-25, they suffered a narrow loss vs. Patriots, 25-22.
Rodgers was good, 233 passing yards without a pick and with two touchdown passes. Garrett Wilson was his preferred target, catching 113 yards.
Texans vs. Jets Head-to-Head
The Jets lead the all-time series, 7-3. The last meeting was in 2023 when they won 30-6 at home.
Texans vs. Jets Prediction
The Texans are banged up without Diggs and several other players. That’ll be a huge blow for the guests. Also, the home field will be beneficial for the Jets, who are with their backs against the wall, and these two factors are why we picked them to win here.
