Broncos vs. Texans Odds
Game Preview
The Denver Broncos won’t have Patrick Surtain here, which is another reason for their defense to step up. The top one is that they face the rival that allows the fewest points in the NFL, so Bonitto and the boys have to neutralize that by performing at a high level.
WR Courtland Sutton plays excellent football. So far this season, Sutton has had 37 receptions for 536 yards and 3 touchdowns. Therefore, we expect to see him on Bo Nix’s radar here quite often. Knowing the quality of the Texans’ secondary, Sutton’s performance will have a huge impact on the final result.
The Texans beat the 49ers last weekend, 26-15. Their defense has completely shut down San Francisco in some aspects of play, allowing them only 12 first downs. Overall, the 49ers had only 223 yards from scrimmage.
Will Anderson Jr. had one sack and 3 QB hits, while Pitre, Stingley, and the rest of the guys managed to cover all the other aspects of defense very well. C.J. Stroud passed for 318 yards, having 2 TDs and being picked once.
Broncos vs. Texans Head to Head
Denver leads the all-time series against the Texans, 6-4..
Broncos vs. Texans Predictions
The line for the total points opened at 38.5 and is now 39.5 points. Since we have two very tough, defensive-oriented teams here, which allow fewer than 34 points combined, Under is definitely our pick. It’s the only logical solution here.
