Bet NFL Week 9 at BetUS

There are 15 NFL games to bet against the spread in Week 9. One of them is in Spain, where the Steelers meet the Tennessee Titans. Thursday Night Football is in Baltimore, where the Lamar Jackson-less Ravens host the Jaguars and Trevor Lawrence. The round ends with two 6-1 teams, the Bills and the Vikings, clashing in Minneapolis.

Our top play of the week is Chicago -5.5 against the Buccaneers, who have two wins in a row. There are some NFL ATS picks that back underdogs, but also several that focus on favorites.

NFL Week 9 Picks Against the Spread: Every Game

Jaguars vs Ravens ATS Pick: Jaguars -7.5

Thursday, Nov 5 · 8:15 PM ET · M&T Bank Stadium · Thursday Night Football

With Lamar Jackson out with a thumb injury and finishing on the IR after Week 8, the betting market opened this morning with Jacksonville facing a two-possession spread. The Jags have the No. 2 scoring defense with 15.9 points per game, while the Ravens have to rely on their 3rd-string QB, Joe Fangano, if Tyler Huntley doesn’t recover from his toe injury. This says enough.

  • ATS pick: Jaguars -7.5

Bengals vs Falcons ATS Pick: Bengals -3.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 9:30 AM ET · Santiago Bernabeu (Madrid, Spain)

Cincinnati’s passing attack and Joe Burrow’s flair will eventually break the Falcons’ defense. The thing here is that the Bengals can outscore any team in the NFL, and their game plan focuses solely on quickly finishing their drives because Burrow has incredible targets downfield. And he, too, is incredible. The Falcons can’t keep up with that pace.

  • ATS pick: Bengals -3.5

Browns vs Saints ATS Pick: Saints -2.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Caesars Superdome

Saints have a solid attack and terrible defense, while the Browns have a terrible attack and a solid defense. What will make the difference here is the venue. Browns didn’t play a single indoor game this year, and we are sure that’s going to affect their performance. Saints, meanwhile, are used to that, so we pick them to cover the spread.

  • ATS pick: Saints -2.5

Cowboys vs Colts ATS Pick: Cowboys -5.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Lucas Oil Stadium

Indianapolis Colts are falling apart. Jonathan Taylor’s trade seems inevitable, and we could even see them firing Shane Steichen. On the other hand, the 33-30 OT loss at home against the Cardinals makes this a must-win for the Cowboys. That triumph will improve their playoff chances by a mile.

  • ATS pick: Cowboys -5.5

Jets vs Chiefs ATS Pick: Chiefs -10

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Arrowhead Stadium

The Chiefs have back-to-back road losses and desperately need a win to lift spirits and get back in the AFC title race. Jets are slowing down, and Aaron Glenn’s defensive schemes are more or less exposed. NYJ has allowed more than 30 points per game in their last three appearances, meaning they are fried in Kansas City. The Chiefs won’t show any mercy here. This is one of our top NFL picks against the spread for Week 9.

  • ATS pick: Chiefs -10

Lions vs Dolphins ATS Pick: Lions -7

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Hard Rock Stadium

The Lions have the 3rd-best offense in the NFL with 29 points per game, while the Fins sit second-to-last in that category with only 16.7 ppg. Also, the Lions have 24 sacks so far, third-best, ride a three-game winning streak, so yes, we’ll take the Lions covering the spread. Some oddsmakers put the spread at -6.5, and some at -7, and that can make a huge difference.

  • ATS pick: Lions -7

Broncos vs Panthers ATS Pick: Broncos -3

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Bank of America Stadium

Denver is red hot. Broncos aren’t playing appealing football, but they always find a way to get on the winning side. The Broncos’ defense will press Bryce Young hard, and the way the former No. 1 pick plays these days, he’s going to have a hard time avoiding the rival’s pass rush.

  • ATS pick: Broncos -3

Giants vs Eagles ATS Pick: Giants -3

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Lincoln Financial Field

Eagles are without Hurts, and Saquon Barkley is slow and sluggish. The Giants were on a bye and had two weeks to prepare for their shorthanded division rivals. Their rushers were superb in Houston, recording 188 yards, and now face a 28th-ranked run defense that allows almost 132 ypg. We take the Giants to cover the spread here.

  • ATS pick: Giants -3

Rams vs Commanders ATS Pick: Commanders +5.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 1:00 PM ET · Northwest Stadium

This one will be very tough, because the Commanders score plenty of points at home. The Rams are solid and very potent on offense, but with Jayden Daniels ready to roll and in good shape, we have to side with the hosts here. They might not win, but the 5.5 spread is something they can defend.

  • ATS pick: Commanders +5.5

Texans vs Chargers ATS Pick: Texans -5.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 4:05 PM ET · SoFi Stadium

Coming off their Week 8 bye week, Houston’s pass rush gets a favorable matchup against a sorry Chargers offense averaging under 15 points per game. LAC is 0-7 and the season is over for them, so the Texans shouldn’t have problems here.

  • ATS pick: Texans -5.5

Raiders vs 49ers ATS Pick: 49ers -9.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 4:25 PM ET · Levi’s Stadium

San Francisco’s diverse offense faces a Raiders defense that allows the second-most points per game – 28.8. Plus, the hosts are fresh following a bye week, while the Raiders traveled to New York and are on the road again now.

  • ATS pick: 49ers -9.5

Cardinals vs Seahawks ATS Pick: Cardinals +11.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 4:25 PM ET · Lumen Field

Arizona’s defense is the last in the league, giving up almost 30 points per game. But this doesn’t mean we’ll take the Seahawks and bet against the spread. Cardinals have a nasty approach because they go all-in, using a “nothing to lose” mentality. Plus, Gardner Minshew could start at QB, and he still isn’t scouted as well as Brissett.

  • ATS pick: Cardinals +11.5

Packers vs Patriots ATS Pick: Patriots -3

Sunday, Nov 8 · 4:25 PM ET · Gillette Stadium

Even with Josh Jacobs, the Packers struggle to establish a reliable ground game. That’s going to cost them at Gillette Stadium because of the Pats’ solid defense and the weather conditions. The early forecast suggests that we could see light rain and some wind, and without a run game (which Green Bay lacks), the Pats have the edge.

  • ATS pick: Patriots -3

Buccaneers vs Bears ATS Pick: Bears -5.5

Sunday, Nov 8 · 8:20 PM ET · Soldier Field · Sunday Night Football

Buccaneers have back-to-back wins, though we risk harsh feedback because of this: both wins weren’t because of their quality, but just a mere coincidence. Panthers fell apart at home, and last week, they beat the Falcons in a field that looked more like a pool than a stadium. Bears and Caleb Williams will use their superb offense to expose Tampa Bay in this event.

  • ATS pick: Bears -5.5

Bills vs Vikings ATS Pick: Bills -3.5

Monday, Nov 9 · 8:15 PM ET · U.S. Bank Stadium · Monday Night Football

Buffalo enters Monday Night Football after back-to-back victories in which their offense averaged over 30 points per game. Minnesota lost for the first time this year, to the Lions in Detroit, but even before that defeat, signs of decay were present. The Vikings appear to be slowing down, which is why we like the Bills odds here.

  • ATS pick: Bills -3.5
