Game Preview
The final fixture in the Premier League before Christmas Day is set for Craven Cottage on Monday. Fulham come into this round of games sitting 14th in the standings following an excellent 3-2 away win against Burnley last weekend.
American international Antonee Robinson was back in the starting eleven, and he contributed in the final third in the success. The Cottagers have still stuttered offensively this season, underperforming based on their xG of 1.32 per game.
At home, Fulham have lost their last two, and they could lose three on the bounce at Craven Cottage for the first time since May last season. But, overall they have won four of their eight at home this term.
Sean Dyche’s arrival at Nottingham Forest has seen the team climb out of the relegation places, and they could end the coming weekend as high as 14th in the standings.
Forest were brilliant last weekend, as they landed a dominant 3-0 win over Tottenham. Offensively, they have improved under Dyche, scoring 3+ goals in three of their eight fixtures under the coach.
Their recent form should also be respected this week after winning four of their last six. Their record on Monday nights is also very solid, going their last seven without a defeat.
