Game Preview

The home team has back-to-back wins, opening the Apertura championship in the best possible way. After beating Juarez at home, 1-0, Tigres went to Toluca to defeat the hosts, 3-4, and post a very valuable victory.

A significant development for the team is the arrival of former Atletico Madrid forward Angel Correa, who joined Tigres some two weeks ago. He is still adjusting to the new environment and needs time to show his talent, but the Argentinian will become a valuable asset very soon.
