The Masters 2023: LIV Specials Vegas Odds, and Picks
- LIV golfers will be in action at The Masters this weekend
- All 18 LIV players involved remain banned from PGA Tour events
There will be no shortage of stories heading into The Masters this weekend, but one of the most prominent narratives will center around the involvement of players competing on the LIV Golf Tour. A total of 18 players will be competing from the Saudi-backed event at the major this weekend, despite being banned from participating in PGA Tour events.
However, as the Tour has no jurisdiction on the field, players such as Cameron Smith, Phil Mickelson, and Brooks Koepka are free to play this weekend. Below we will go through some of the LIV Specials for the major, but you can find our full Masters 2023 Preview here.

LIV Golfers At The Masters 2023
LIV Golf is now in its second season, but the animosity between players competing on the Saudi-backed tour and those that continue to play weekly on the PGA Tour remains at an all-time high. Many fans would consider a LIV golfer winning at The Masters as being one of the worst possible outcomes this weekend, but there’s every chance that the +425 offered with BetOnline could be an excellent price.
We have already flagged up Cameron Smith as one of our main plays for The Masters this weekend, as the Aussie looks to add to The Open he won in 2022. But, with so much talent now competing in LIV competitions, the price looks huge, as you can get all 18 players that will be competing this weekend.
As well as Smith, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, and Phil Mickelson all boast major experience.
There are growing reports that this could be the final season in which LIV players will be eligible to compete at The Masters, as routes are being explored to expel players from having an invitation. But, any decision is likely to lead to a similar legal proceeding that the PGA Tour is currently facing.
LIV Golf Masters Specials Predictions
This could be a frosty weekend for players on the LIV Tour, as comments made by Fred Couples are already threatening to overshadow the Champions Dinner. However, at a price, we really like a LIV Golfer winning The Masters at +425.
