Race Preview
The competitive NASCAR Cup Series action continues this weekend, as the second race on the return of the regular season is staged in New York. Following this weekend, there will only be two more races before the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs get underway, meaning that there will be pressure on all drivers this weekend.
The Go Bowling at The Glen has been on the NASCAR schedule since 1957, and the field will complete a total of 220.86 miles. The race distance is made up by 90 laps, with the final 50 making up the concluding stage.
A number of previous winners of the race will be involved this weekend, including Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott. The latter will be aiming to get his form back on track after finishing 14th in last weekend’s Iowa Corn 350.

William Byron seized control of top spot last weekend with an excellent win. The success ended a poor run of form, which had seen him finish outside of the top ten in five of the previous six races.
Kyle Larson has an excellent record in the race, and he will be on a recovery mission this weekend after finishing 28th last Sunday. In fact, every driver in the top six, aside from Byron, finished outside of the top ten in the Iowa Corn 350.
Go Bowling at The Glen Picks
Shane van Gisbergen has been excellent on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule this season, iconically winning back-to-back races during the In-Season Challenge. A return to a road track makes him very challenging to oppose, despite his short price in the betting.
