It has been an excellent start to the new season in NASCAR, with the first two races being won by unexpected victors. William Byron kick-started the season with an excellent success in the Daytona 500, before Daniel Suarez claimed a dramatic victory in the Ambetter Health 400 last weekend. Both will come into this round in good confidence.

Ryan Blaney was narrowly denied victory last weekend after finishing a close second, while Bubba Wallace continued his reliable start to the new season after finishing fifth for the second straight race. Martin Truex Jr has also been in steady form so far this season after finishing in the top 15 in each of the opening two races.

Pennzoil 400 Prediction

History could repeat itself this weekend, as we will be taking a chance on the defending champion to retain his title. William Byron has started the season in strong form, and he could take full advantage of his know-how around the Vegas circuit to claim victory this weekend.
