Raiders vs. Saints Odds Week 3
Game Preview
The Las Vegas Raiders (2-0) and Kirk Cousins are off to a great start. To be honest, having Cousins as the starting QB is an excellent choice, and the No. 1 pick, Fernando Mendoza, can have great lessons firsthand. Cousins threw for 413 yards, 6 TDs, and 3 picks.
Winning on the road in LA against the Chargers, 26-14, was a massive boost for the LVR. A win over the Saints would make them the biggest surprise of the season so far.
Saints (1-1) are also bidding for the “biggest surprise” title. After a narrow OT loss to the Lions in Week 1, New Orleans beat the Ravens 24-17 on the road. The way this team plays, it could easily attack the NFC South title.
New Orleans is primarily an offensive-minded team. Airborne offense. QB Tyler Shough had 662 passing yards in two games, and 268 of them were toward WR Chris Olave. The latter is right now, one of the top candidates for the OPOY award.
Raiders vs. Saints Predictions
Our pick here is OVER 44.5 points. Both these teams have much better offenses than defenses. Yes, the Raiders have Crosby and a better pass rush, but overall, looking at it, Shough is in incredible form and has Olave to throw to.
