Event Preview
The Stanley Cup Finals for 2025 have already delivered some excellent action, with little separating the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers after two games. Game one was all about the Panthers and their capitulation in Edmonton, but they firmly got their Stanley Cup dreams back on track with an excellent performance on the road in game two.
In fact, it was likely a missed opportunity for the Oilers, who squandered a first period advantage. Edmonton started in excellent form in front of goal, scoring three times in an action-packed opening frame. However, the home fans would need to wait until the final period to celebrate another effort.

Game two was all about getting back on track for the Panthers, but they still needed to hold their nerve as history threatened to repeat itself after blowing a 4-3 advantage in the final period.
