Arsenal vs. Man United Head-to-Head

Game Preview
The attention will be back on Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal this weekend, as the Gunners bid to stretch their advantage at the summit to ten points. However, the Gunners have been below their usual high standards in recent weeks, playing out draws in their last two.
But, being back at the Emirates Stadium will be key to their chances, as Arsenal have won nine of their eleven in North London in 2025-26. Furthermore, Arteta’s side have conceded an extremely low average of 0.45 goals per game in their home fixtures, and have kept clean sheets in 55% of their fixtures.
Michael Carrick will take charge of Man United for the second time during this tenure on Sunday. The former midfielder couldn’t have wished for a better start to life back at Old Trafford, as United dominated local rivals Man City to win 2-0 at the Theatre of Dreams.
United appeared to click in the 4-2-3-1 formation, with Mbeumo being a constant threat in a number nine role. Man United’s counter-attacking prowess will cause Arsenal issues this weekend, and the speed at which United are able to break will likely need to be counteracted by Arteta.
Arsenal vs. Man United Picks
The Red Devils were excellent in last weekend’s Manchester derby, and their counter-attacking strength could be an interesting angle this weekend. Arsenal will rely on their prowess from set pieces, but a draw could be an excellent selection on the moneyline.
