It has been an excellent season to this point for Bournemouth. The Cherries are in the mid for a European spot at this stage, and they come into the third round weekend after going eight without defeat. Bournemouth continued their excellent sequence with a fine 1-0 home win over Everton last weekend.
West Brom may have lost their head coach to Valencia, but the Baggies remain in a prominent position to finish in a playoff spot this term. The Baggies have gone three without defeat, and were last in action playing out a 1-1 draw at Swansea last Saturday.
