Man City has the destination of the Premier League title in their own hands this season, as victories in all remaining matches would seal a third straight success. Pep Guardiola’s side couldn’t come into this fixture in much better form, as they have won ten of their last eleven in the top-flight. But, the hope for West Ham would come from the fact that City have conceded in nine of those previous matches.

The Hammers now sit four points above the drop zone after wins in two of their previous five matches. However, they do come into this testing fixture after losing their last two.
