Fight Preview

The Notorious is a money maker. And we are pretty sure that he accepted this bout because of that. His previous battle was 5 years ago, when he injured his leg against Dustin Poirier, losing the second of a back-to-back fight to the Diamond.

There’s no need to explain his style and his approach in the ring. Conor was once the best counter-striker in the UFC, but after years of absence and neglecting his body, we aren’t so sure about his abilities right now. This will be a welterweight bout, and nobody knows how good his cardio is right now.

It’s completely different with Max, who entered the octagon this March, to fight Charles Oliveira. The Blessed lost that bout via unanimous decision, losing the BMF belt as well. Yet his shape is excellent, as the former featherweight champ has faced only the elite in the light and featherweight UFC divisions.

Holloway still has what it takes to compete with the best of the best. He might not be as quick as in the past, yet his boxing skills and his chin are pretty much the same. And we need to add that Max’s cardio looks very good.

McGregor vs. Holloway 2 Predictions

The only edge Conor has here is that he got used to being this big over the last few years, while Holloway didn’t. But still, the Blessed is in much better shape, and we strongly believe in his triumph here.
