Sweden will be back to defend their men’s curling title in Italy this winter. The nation has been a standout selection in this event, and confidence surrounding their chances should be high after winning the World Championship gold in 2024.

The Women’s Curling event is likely to be a straight shootout between Canada and Switzerland. These two nations have won every edition of the World Championships since 2013, with Canada winning each of the last two editions of the event.
