Sherif is currently ranked 88th in the world, but she did sit as high as 31st in the rankings back in 2023. The Egyptian is yet to advance further than the second round in any Grand Slam event, with her best showing at the US Open coming back in 2024, as she reached the first round for the fourth time in her career.
