Tommy Pham has had a brutal start to this season. Through 29 games, he’s hitting just .188 at the plate. In the past month, he’s hitting .121, and he’s currently 0 for 10 over the last week. Pham is a capable player that will eventually break out of this slump, but his under odds are too good to pass up with the way he’s been playing. Against the MLB’s toughest team in the Rays, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Pham go 0-for.

22-year-old Taj Bradley has had a great start to his rookie season with the Rays. Through 3 games, he’s pitched to a 3.52 ERA, making it through about 5 innings pitched each time. Bradley doesn’t have the greatest length yet, but he’s efficient with strikeouts in those 5 innings he gets. He totaled 6 strikeouts against the Astros in his last start, but 8 and 9 in the two games prior. I like his chances of hitting the over.

Prediction:
Starling Marte hasn’t had the greatest start to this season, batting a mediocre .236, with a .582 OPS. That being said, Marte has begun to heat up as of late. Over the past week, he’s gone 10 for 28 (.357) with 2 RBIs. I don’t feel as confident in this prop as the previous two, but it offers solid odds with upside for a hot player. I’d consider the over for Marte on both hits and RBIs in this game. He should continue his hot play.
