In a stunning turn of events last weekend, Kyle Larson finished third in the race to drop out of the top four in the standings. Therefore, the race to be crowned the world champion is now between Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick, and William Byron.
Blaney comes into the weekend in excellent form after winning last weekend’s race, while the remaining three drivers all finished outside of the top five. However, each driver will hold leading claims this weekend, and it appears to be an interesting race for the line in Arizona.
NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race Picks
Blaney has finished in the top five in four of the last nine playoff races, and it is incredibly challenging to poke holes in his form. For that reason, we will be siding with the current leader in the standings to land victory on Sunday.
