With Patrick Mahomes healthy, the Chiefs are among the Super Bowl contenders once again. According to NFL Comeback Player of the Year odds, Mahomes is the top favorite to win this award, and if his Chiefs win the division, we are sure that the former MVP will add one more trophy to his collection.
Kansas City boosted its backfield with RB Kenneth Walker III, who landed following a Super Bowl win. The defense is rejuvenated with two draft picks, CB Mansoor Delane and DT Peter Woods. There are several more additions to that part of the team, and we can’t wait to see how they fit in.
Sean Payton and Bo Nix are now the guys to beat. And do know that the entire league will be after the Broncos following last year’s AFC Championship Game. Nix got a fantastic target after the Broncos traded for WR Jaylen Waddle, who will be a huge addition to the offense.
Regarding the defense, Denver had one of the best, if not the best, in the NFL last year. Broncos recorded 68 sacks, the most in the league, and were fantastic when it came to pass rush. After all, that’s the main reason why this team reached so deep in the playoffs.
