The Indianapolis Colts travel to Pittsburgh confident after a 30-13 victory over Washington at Tottenham Stadium. QB Daniel Jones didn’t do well in this one, but Jonathan Taylor had 2 TDs. He has 6 TDs this year, 3rd most in the NFL.
Defense allows the second-most yards per scrimmage (392.2), and that’s the biggest issue for the unit. Yes, the Colts have a potent attack, but their defense tends to ruin everything Jones, Taylor, and the boys generate up front.
Steelers lost to the Browns on Thursday Night Football. They allowed a game-winning drive and a 56-yard FG to lose. Aaron Rodgers’ protection was terrible, as he suffered 5 sacks. Also, he had 3 TDs and two picks.
On the other hand, the Steelers’ defense had only 5 QB hits and 2 sacks, which is the main reason why Pittsburgh failed to triumph. What goes under the radar is that Rodgers threw 40 times and completed only 22. His receivers dropped the ball too often.
