Scottie Scheffler will be a very short price favorite this weekend, as the world number one chases a second straight win since the turn of the year. Furthermore, he has finished in the top 25 on all three starts at this event.
Hideki Matsuyama could be the most interesting alternative to Scheffler this weekend. The Japanese star has an excellent record at TPC Scottsdale, landing two victories and claiming T2 among five other top ten finishes. Likely to be thereabouts once again in 2026.

Scheffler is incredibly challenging to overlook this weekend. However, Sahith Theegala could prove to be the value play. The American has a strong record at the course, finishing in the top 10 on two previous occasions. Was also fifth in the event two years ago, highlighting that he should go close.
