History will be made in Saudi Arabia in February, as a first heavyweight undisputed champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000 will be crowned. The winner of this bout will also become only the sixth heavyweight undisputed champion of the WBC-WBA-IBF era. However, illustrious stars have achieved the feat in the modern era, including Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield.
Tyson Fury will be the narrow favorite in the betting to win the bout after dominating the heavyweight division throughout his professional career. The Gypsy King has won 34 of his 35 bouts, with 24 of his victories being scored by knockout. Fury was only seen in the ring on one occasion in 2023, defeating Francis Ngannou by split decision in October.

Oleksandr Usyk is easily the biggest threat that Fury has faced for his world title, as the two-weight world champion is regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters on the planet. Usyk’s dominance has continued since stepping into the heavyweight division, defeating Chazz Witherspoon and Derek Chisora to set up a world title showdown with Anthony Joshua.
The Ukrainian got the better of the British star in both of their bouts across 2021 and 2022, scoring a split decision win in their most recent clash in August 2022. He has since defended the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring belts with a ninth-round stoppage success against Daniel Dubois.
