The New York Knicks lead 3-2 in the Eastern Conference Semifinal series against the Indiana Pacers. What’s interesting is that each of their three wins happened in New York. Now, the series is coming back to Indianapolis.
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is the place where the Pacers beat the Knicks 121-89 and 111-106. In one of those games, Indiana managed to keep NY’s superstar Jalen Brunson to just 18 points.
This was a huge surprise given that this guy scored 43 points in the first game of the series. It was one of his weakest performances of the entire season, but he bounced back in Game 5, in which he scored 44 points.
Brunson helped his team get a massive 121-91 win in New York, which is certainly giving them confidence that they can do something similar in Indiana. We think they can, especially if he goes over 34.5.
