Game Preview
The Memphis Grizzlies clashed with the Timberwolves last night and then traveled to Colorado. It seems that the team stabilized following Taylor Jenkins’ departure, and until last night, they had three wins in a row.
What was noticeable in all those matches, is much tougher defense than in the past. They allowed 311 combined, nothing compared to their previous performances and stats.
Denver Nuggets finally broke the negative streak, winning 124-116 against the Kings. This was the Nuggets’ first triumph after four defeats in a row and following Mike Malone’s departure.
David Adelman debuted with a victory. His father had a great connection with Serbian players in Sacramento (Vlade Divac and Peja Stojakovic) and the Nuggets fans hope he develops the same with Jokic. By the way, the Joker posted his 32nd triple-double of the season vs. Kings.
