Game Preview
The Timberwolves beat the San Antonio Spurs in Minneapolis, 112-110, for their third win in a row. Donte DiVincenzo was the hero of the game, for having 26 points, a team-high, and hitting one free throw, which eventually set up the final result of this one.
This was Minnesota’s third win in a row, all three on the road. Before the Spurs, the Timberwolves defeated the Dallas Mavericks 105-99 and the Houston Rockets 113-112.
OKC Thunder demolished the Memphis Grizzlies in the battle of the Western Conference’s top two seeds. Ja Morant didn’t play for the Grizzlies, and that was immediately felt as the hosts blew away their opponents from Tennessee, 130-106.

This is the first of four matchups this year.
Timberwolves vs. Thunder Prediction
With the way the Thunder play defense, this game won’t bring too many points. Don’t forget the Timberwolves also know how to tighten up the situation. After all, they have the four-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Rudy Gobert, under the rim. That’s why we pick Under 215.5 points in this one.
