Game Preview
Ravens (1-1) opened the season perfectly with a huge 41-23 road win over the Colts. But in Week 2, they plummeted at home. The New Orleans Saints made an upset in Maryland, winning 24-17.
Two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson threw for 235 passing yards, one TD, and one interception. He ran for 34 more yards. RB Derrick Henry had only 68 yards on the ground for one TD, and that was pretty much it from the Ravens’ offense.
The Dallas Cowboys (1-1) bounced back following an opening loss. They lost to the Giants at home, 28-20, in Week 1, and then beat the other NFC East rival, the Commanders, 37-20, in Washington.
QB Dak Prescott threw for 4 touchdowns on 279 passing yards. Prescott completed 26 of his 31 passing attempts. He fully covered the terrible running productivity, with the Cowboys registering only 66 yards on the ground.
Ravens vs. Cowboys Predictions
These two units have very potent offensive teams and, overall, focus much more on scoring than defending. Prescott has the best receiving corps in the league, while Ravens have the best run game. So we have to pick OVER.
