Game Preview

Losing at home to the Titans was the ultimate kick in the teeth for the Colts fans. The Colts lost 26-20 to arguably the worst team in the NFL, and they are now 2-4, with very poor morale ahead of the trip to Minnesota.

Daniel Jones is playing below any standard. He amassed 1,290 passing yards for 4 touchdowns and 9 turnovers (6 picks and 3 fumbles). If it weren’t for Jonathan Taylor, who ran for 492 rushing yards and has 7 TDs, the Colts would be even worse.

The Vikings’ defense is rock solid. They have the best turnover differential, with 10 takeaways and only 4 giveaways, and they’re the No. 1 scoring defense, allowing just 12.8 points per game. Packers were the sole team this year to score more than 16 points against Minnesota.

Meanwhile, their attack isn’t flashy, but it’s efficient, with Kyler Murray as the new leader. He’s slowly building connections with his downfield targets, while Aaron Jones dominates the run game. So, we guess that as time goes by, the Vikings might be even better.

Colts vs. Vikings Predictions

The Vikings are the clear favorites here, especially now that Daniel Jones is in crisis mode and the Colts are coming off a shocking loss. No need to explain this one; Minnesota’s defense will shut down the Colts and make it a one-sided game.
