One of the most interesting races of the entire weekend is run at Belmont Park this Saturday, as a talented crop of three-year-olds contest the Dwyer Stakes. However, all eyes will be on the returning Ted Noffey.

The Todd Pletcher superstar was the undefeated juvenile champion last year, but was forced to sit out the Triple Crown due to bone bruising. Connections have been incredibly patient with the Into Mischief colt, who was last seen winning last year’s G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile.

Instead of rushing him back in time for this year’s Breeders’ Cup, they have prioritized a four-year-old campaign. He is clearly the superstar in this field, and if anywhere near the level he showed in 2025, he would be almost impossible to beat.

Race 9: G2 Mother Goose Stakes (1 1/16 Miles, Dirt)

Saturday, November 7 | 3:43 PM ET | FanDuel TV

The feature on Belmont Park’s card on Saturday is the G2 Mother Goose Stakes, run over a distance of 1 1/16 miles by three-year-old fillies. This race has proved an interesting springboard for potential four-year-old stars, including 12 months ago when recent Distaff runner-up Fully Subscribed landed the honors.

In truth, Steven Asmussen-trained Iron Orchard wouldn’t have been out of place in this year’s Distaff at her best form, but the Authentic filly will be on a recovery mission after a disappointing eighth in the G1 Cotillion last time out. Prior to that, she was performing at a very high standard, which included a win in the Fleet Indian Stakes.

She was a superstar juvenile last season, winning the G1 Frizette and Seeking the Ante. Still yet to replicate that level of form, but Authentic progeny tend to improve with more racing, indicating that there is still more to come from Iron Orchard.

How to Bet on Our Belmont Park Picks

Want to play along? The racebooks below all accept US players and offer markets for every race at Belmont Park throughout the year, including win, place, and show to exactas, trifectas, and the late Pick 5. Here’s how to get started.

New to the races? Our guide on how to bet on horse racing covers every bet type, from a simple win bet to the Pick 5.

Racebooks Are Separate From the Sportsbook

At most online betting sites, horse racing doesn’t sit inside the main sportsbook. It has its own section, usually called the Racebook or simply Horses, and you’ll find it in the top navigation bar or the main menu. That’s where you’ll find every track running today, including Belmont Park, along with the full card, the morning line, and the live odds.

Racebook Bonuses Are Different Too

Because the racebook is run separately, it usually has its own welcome offers, ensuring that fans of the sport can take advantage of tailored promotions for the sport that they love. Common welcome offers include a risk-free bet on your first horse racing wager, or a rebate that pays back a percentage of what you bet, win or lose.

A rebate adds up fast if you’re playing the races every day. Make sure you pick the racebook offer when you sign up, because a sportsbook bonus usually can’t be used on the horses.

How to Place Your Bet

  1. Pick a racebook from the table below and create your account.
  2. Make your first deposit and choose the horse racing welcome offer.
  3. Click into the Racebook section from the navigation bar.
  4. Select Belmont Park, then the race you want to bet.
  5. Choose your horse and your bet type, enter your stake and confirm.

Before you lock anything in, check for late scratches and the live odds. The morning line is only the track’s estimate, and prices can move a lot before the gate opens.
