Game Preview
Newcastle played to a 0-0 draw in Birmingham against Aston Villa, though we need to say, the Magpies had better chances and were closer to winning. This was their 7th consecutive game without a triumph, meaning that they haven’t won one since the start of the preseason.
Alexander Isak’s situation has disrupted Eddie Howe’s unit. Apart from Newcastle’s failure to score in the past two events, the chemistry and morale appear to be compromised.
Liverpool looked sloppy in some parts of the opening game, but on the other hand, when they woke up, the Reds were forceful. In the end, it was 4-2 for the champs against Bournemouth, and this event was the 7th straight with over 3.5 goals and both teams netting.
