Inter Miami got their playoff push back on track in the Eastern Conference in midweek after registering a hard-fought 3-1 victory against the Seattle Sounders. Lionel Messi was at the centre of everything positive for Miami, netting the second goal in the win.
Miami’s win lifted them up to sixth in the Eastern standings, and they now have a one-point advantage over eighth-place Orlando City. They still have the added advantage of having a couple of games in hand over the sides located around them in the standings.
