Falcons vs. Jets Odds
Game Preview
After 5 losses, the Falcons finally won, keeping their slim playoff hopes alive. And the reason for that was Kirk Cousins, who led them to win in New Orleans, 24-10. Now, if Atlanta’s management had more sense and put the veteran earlier on the field, their playoff prospects would be even brighter, and that’s the only truth here.
Cousins had 199 passing yards for two touchdowns and an interception. He was calm when needed and controlled his team. RB Bijan Robinson ran for 70 yards, while the entire team had 121 rushing yards.

Hey, nobody expected to see the Jets winning in Foxborough or in Baltimore last weekend. They tried to compete in both events and didn’t disappoint at all. And even though it allowed 20+ points, the defense was very pleasing.
Limiting the heavy-run Baltimore offense to just 98 yards on the ground is good. The problem is the quarterback: they switched from Justin Fields to Tyrod Taylor, and overall, there’s been no consistency since the year started.
Falcons vs. Jets Head to Head
There have been only 14 games between these teams, and the Falcons lead the series, 9-5. They won 5 of the last 6 events, the most recent in 2023, a 13-8 win over New York.
Falcons vs. Jets Predictions
The total here is set at 39.5 points. Both teams have decent defenses but struggling offenses. Even though Cousins brings more stability than Penix Jr., it’s still wiser to bet on Under than anything else. Apparently, there’s going to be some rain in East Rutherford on Sunday, and that might additionally help our case here.
