The Avalanche continued their dominant form over the weekend, as they beat the Nashville Predators 4-2 at Ball Arena. On the road, they have also been incredibly impressive, going 10-2-5. Nathan MacKinnon has been a standout star this season, leading the team with 55 points.
There will be questions to answer for the home team this week, as the Seattle Kraken look to snap a two-game losing run. Seattle have found wins hard to come by in their last ten, picking up just two victories, and suffered seven losses in regulation time.
The Kraken were last in action earlier this week losing 3-1 at the Climate Pledge Arena against the Buffalo Sabres. Chandler Stephenson scored their only goal in the loss. The defeat means that they have now dropped to 7-6-3 in home games this season.
