Event Preview

There will be exciting action on the PGA Tour this weekend, as the high-quality action is staged in Bermuda. The Bermuda Championship has been staged annually since 2019. It held extra significance between 2020 and 2022, as the winner was assured of a place in the Masters, due to cancellations elsewhere on the PGA Tour due to COVID 19.

This event has been staged at Port Royal Golf Course throughout its history, which covers a total distance of 6,828 yards. The stroke play event is a par 71 course, with a purse of $6.5 million up for grabs. Seamus Power was the most recent winner of the event, with Brendon Todd holds the tournament record after finishing 24-under par when landing success in 2019.

Todd will be one of the standout selections this weekend, as the American has made the cut in 21 of his 29 appearances this season. Overall, he has finished in the top ten on seven occasions, and has also finished in the top 25 on eight occasions. His experience around this course makes him a standout player this weekend.

Adam Scott also holds excellent claims this weekend, as the Australian plays in his 19^th event this season. Scott has made the cut in all but two of his appearances on the PGA Tour this term, but he has finished in the top ten on just four occasions. However, his recent form could point toward him standing an excellent chance in Bermuda.

Bermuda Championship Prediction

We will be taking a chance on Alex Noren this weekend. The Swedish star has won eleven professional events, but he is yet to land victory on the PGA Tour. However, he has been in excellent form in recent months, which includes an excellent tie for third at the Shriners Children’s Open.
