Brighton & Hove Albion have made an excellent start to the new Premier League season, and they could move into the Champions League spots with victory on Sunday. Bournemouth are still waiting for their first league win of the season this term, but they come into this fixture after playing out draws in each of their last two. Their most recent tie came against Chelsea, as they held on to a 0-0 draw at the Vitality Stadium. But, a first league win of the season is required to lift them clear of the relegation places.

Bournemouth are currently on a run of nine Premier League matches without a victory, which is the longest winless sequence of any side in the competition. This is also the first time since the 2008-09 season that they have failed to win each of their opening five matches at the start of the season.
