Detroit Lions
With three wins in a row, the Lions are keeping the pace in the race for the NFC North title. They beat the undefeated Vikings 19-15, showing they got back to the saddle after a slow start.
Detroit has the 3rd-best offense in the NFL, averaging 29 ppg. RB Jahmyr Gibbs looks unstoppable, with 773 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns, second and third in the NFL, respectively. Their defense produced 24 sacks, which many overlook.
Miami Dolphins
Miami’s main problem is its offense, which averages only 16.7 points, the second-worst in the NFL. By losing their RB De’Von Achane, things became even nastier because they now don’t have a dominant rusher they were hoping to utilize across the campaign.
However, we need to point out that the Fins improved in the last few matches, even posting a win – @ Jets 28-25. Offense looked better, and the defense had solid stretches, yet without consistency.
Lions vs. Dolphins Predictions
Detroit is a scoring machine, and they have one pretty mediocre defense across the field. This immediately means they’ll score over 35 points. No matter how much Miami improved, they can’t score that many points, and the win here goes to the Lions, who will cover a 7-point spread.
