There will be huge pressure on Taylor Fritz as the US Open moves ever closer. The American will likely be among the leading chances to win his home Grand Slam, despite the dominance enjoyed by Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
Fritz has been in solid form throughout this season, and that continued in the previous round after beating Roberto Baena in straight sets. The American was excellent with his serves after registering eight aces, but he will need to limit the number of unforced errors.
