Event Preview
Another exciting season of NASCAR Cup Series action gets underway in early February, as the leading drivers begin their fight for the championship. Ryan Blaney is the driver that everybody will need to beat in 2024 after the Team Penske driver reigned supreme following a dramatic end to the 2023 campaign.
Kyle Larson was in a strong position to win the championship again in the Cup Series Championship Race, but he was overtaken on lap 292 to hand over the title. However, the former champion will once again hold a very solid chance of regaining his title in 2024.

Chase Elliott will be on the comeback trail in 2024, as he could only finish 17th in the overall standings last term. It was a winless season for the former champion, and he crashed out in the playoffs after failing to finish in the top ten in six straight races.
William Byron could also be primed for a push for the title in 2024 after being incredibly consistent throughout the previous season. The driver landed six wins throughout the campaign, and finished in the top five in five of the last seven races of the season. A renewed bid is extremely likely in 2024.
