Even though the Cardinals are already planning the next season and their offseason moves, they won’t go down easily in the upcoming several games. Jacoby Brissett took over the starting QB position and is motivated to prove himself and earn a new contract. He plays decent football but has a 1-5 record.
Last weekend, Arizona lost at home to the Jaguars after overtime, 27-24. Their running game was awful, delivering only 55 yards on the ground, of which Brissett had 20.
The Buccaneers have lost 4 of their last 5 games. Because of this, the Panthers got just half a game behind them, narrowing Tampa Bay’s margin for error. It’s why this game is so important for Baker and the boys.
