Event Preview
There has been no bigger Formula 1 story in recent memory than the news that broke at the end of last week after it was revealed that Lewis Hamilton would be ending his eleven-year stay at Mercedes at the end of 2024 to join Ferrari. As expected, the news made global headlines, as the world’s most famous driver will be driving for the most iconic team on the grid in 2025.
Hamilton has achieved major success throughout his career with Mercedes, winning six of his seven world championships with the team. The turbo-hybrid era has also seen domination for the team, winning the Constructors’ Championship on eight occasions between 2014 and 2021.

However, it will be all change at the start of 2025, as Hamilton will be the latest driver to attempt to overturn the Ferrari fortunes. The iconic team hasn’t won the Constructors’ Championship since 2008, while they haven’t had a world championship car since Kimi Raikkonen’s success in 2007.
But, hopes will be high ahead of 2025, as the team will arguably have the most talented driver line-up in Formula 1 history. There is no word as yet who is the number two driver between Charles Leclerc and Hamilton, but it’s unlikely that the seven-time world champion will be joining the team to aid his teammate’s title chances.
Lewis Hamilton Ferrari Prediction
We expect Hamilton to outscore Leclerc in the Ferrari next season, and we could also see him picking up at least four victories at the end of the coming season following changes in the regulations.
