The Carolina Panthers (1-1) posted a dominant 34-3 win over divisional rivals the Falcons in Atlanta. Sure, the hosts played with a third-string QB, but anyway, this triumph was impressive. Bryce Young connected well with Darren Waller, throwing two of his three TD passes to the strong tight end.

Last year’s OROY, WR Tetairoa McMillan, had 5 catches for 101 yards, while the run game wasn’t that confident, delivering only 68 yards. Rico Dowdle’s departure left a huge gap.

Browns (1-1) are back in Ohio following a hard-fought 23-19 road win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2. The game was delayed by bad weather, and the Browns found their way in these irregular circumstances.

Deshaun Watson turned in an efficient passing performance, completing 24 of 30 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns. This includes a late 17-yard game-winner to Blake Whiteheart. He was also the best runner on Cleveland’s team, with just 22 rushing yards. Overall, the Browns had only 44 yards on the ground.

Panthers vs. Browns Predictions

One thing is sure: this might be the most interesting game of the round. Both teams still don’t know their possibilities, and both are very motivated ahead of Sunday’s event. Our prediction is that the defenses will run things in Cleveland, and for the moment, the Browns look better in that aspect of the game. Also, this is their first home game, which is extra motivation and an advantage.
