Event Preview
The grass court season is underway, and all eyes will already be on the third Grand Slam of the year- Wimbledon. The prestigious event was first competed in 1877, and it remains one of the most famous events on the global tennis schedule.
All eyes will be on the top two players in the world this summer, with Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner likely to be the prominent selections in the betting. The young superstars played out one of the most iconic Grand Slam finals in history at Roland Garros, with Alcaraz coming back from two sets down at the French Open to snatch glory from the Italian.
A reversal in that form appears hard to predict, with the Spaniard already showing his ability on the grass in each of the last two years. Alcaraz’s dominance reached new heights last year at Wimbledon, winning the final in dominant fashion against seven-time champion Novak Djokovic.

Sinner is yet to truly show that he handles the grass courts at Wimbledon, with his previous best showing coming when reaching the semi-finals in 2023. However, he has reached at least the last eight in each of the last three seasons.
With the young stars emerging, there are more questions than ever before surrounding whether Djokovic’s period of dominance is over. However, a seven-time champion at Wimbledon, it would be impossible to rule out the Serbian once again reaching the top.
Men’s Wimbledon Outright Winner Pick
Alcaraz and Sinner are incredibly hard to overlook, but they are equally very short in the betting.
Therefore, Jack Draper could be an interesting alternative. The clay surface was never going to be his ideal surface in Paris, but his trajectory is still eye-catching after winning the Indian Wells title earlier this year. The 23-year-old could be set for a big summer in front of a passionate home support.
